1 cup sugar
1 cup water
3 tbsp cornstarch
3 tbsp strawberry gelatin
¾ to 1 cup strawberries
1--9 inch pie shell, baked
Mix sugar, corn starch, water in saucepan. Cook until mixture thickens, stirring constantly--remove from hear--add gelatin--stir until dissolved. Add strawberries. Pour into shell. Serve with whipped cream.
