Pumpkin Bread


2 2/3 cups sugar
2 cups canned pumpkin
2/3 cup water
2/3 cooking oil
4 eggs (mix then add)
3 1/3 cup flour
½ tsp soda
1 ¾ tsp salt
1 tsp of each: cinnamon, cloves, and ginger
1 cup nuts, raisins or dates


Makes 2 large loafs. Bake at 350° for 55-60 minutes.
