One Double Crust Pie Shell
2 cups flour (sifted)
2/3 cup shortening (chilled)
2 tbsp butter
1 tsp salt
4-6 tbsp ice water
In bowl, combine flour, shortening, butter and salt with pastry blender. Add ice water 1 tbsp at a time.
