Jiffy Chocolate Cupcakes

Put in bowl in this order--
1 egg
½ cup cocoa
½ cup shortening
1 ½ cup flour
½ cup sour milk
1 tsp vanilla
1 tsp soda
1 cup sugar
½ tsp salt
½ cup hot water


Beat 4 minutes. Bake at 375° for 15-20 minutes.
